Rondane BaseCamp is a great approach for you who like to experience in the mountains on foot.

Our basecamp is located six kilometers into the Rondane National Park by the legendary mountain lodge Rondvassbu which can only be reached on foot on marked paths or by bike on a simple gravel road. On the way in, you leave all stress and become one with the magnificent nature.
Upon arrival you will be helped into place with tents and equipment along with other participants by a beautiful mountain lake. You are then in the heart of magnificent Rondane, with ten 2k mountain peaks on all sides and an adventurous landscape outside the tent opening.
In addition to running the ten peaks, the area is a large network of marked trails, guided hikes, excellent food in the mountain lodges with a wonderful atmosphere that is very easy to get to, but harder to leave.
